At the initial planning private/corporate meeting, we discusses the client's Views, Thoughts & Primary goals about the event, it includes generating a profit, rewarding active members or key industry professionals with speaking slots. The planning team discusses locations that might attract the most attendees, the best dates, a theme for the meeting, past event history, the agenda and logistical needs.
After the initial meeting, we create the first draft of the budget, including detailed income and expense projections. Once we get approval from the client, we moves forward with booking the venue as well as vendors and suppliers.
Next primary responsibility of ours is monitoring and tracking. We manages the marketing, registration, making badges, Sponsorships, arranging food and beverage, creating children and spouse activities, and also we arrange for fun events.
During the event, we will be on site to monitors the events .We always available at all hours to handle any problems that crop up. We take care of your event to come out with a most Successful Happening.
After the event, we reviews all that happened during the conference and prepares a post-conference report & We will get the feedback from our clients to improve our Service to be continued in a best way in future.
